- 150 g sugar
- 165 g brown sugar
- 100 g eggs
- 4 g vanilla extract
- 290 g flour
- 5 g baking soda
- 5 g salt

Instructions

- Beat the butter with the sugar and brown sugar for 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt; add to the butter mixture and fold with a spatula until no dry flour remains, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop walnut-sized balls of dough onto the trays, leaving 5 cm between them.
- Bake one tray at a time for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but the centres are still soft. Leave on the tray for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
